Some kids are more likely to experience abuse, and some kids may face extra obstacles when it comes to identifying or reporting it. Our commitment to anti-discriminatory practices is unwavering. The varied situations of children are likewise acknowledged by Next Gen AP. Regardless of the obstacles they may encounter, we guarantee that every child has the same level of safety.
The provision aims to ensure that:
• All employees understand their legal obligations regarding safeguarding;
• We adequately train our employees to identify and report safeguarding issues;
• We respond appropriately and promptly to protect and advance the welfare of children.
At Next Gen AP, we use CPOMs to report, track and follow up on actions and monitoring of incidents, safeguarding and child protection matters.
Our team will be vigilant for symptoms of abuse and neglect. We shall adhere to our processes to ensure that children receive appropriate care, protection, and justice.
